i'm liking ben. 1. i adore the name 2. he's perfect 3. the flaw better be worthy. ;)
max is good. i'm liking her morph. ready for her to leap to adulthood and put those childhood hangups behind her.
i like callie. she is my favorite.

My Character
Max. I always write first person so that I can become (scary sounding...) the person. And I am using a lot of actual events in my life for the story so that makes it easier to do, lol!

Um, as the author, I am flippin' loving writing the character of Ben. Callie is really fun too!
It is really fun to have to like 'become' Max each week, she is very easy to relate to. ;)

i wrote something before and my comp ate it. so here we go again
i relate best to max. i want to have ben although his perfection would start to bug me if i had to deal with it daily. id have to poke him til i found a hole in his armor then it would be fine. i also love callie and mr martin vaughn. and want to see more of both. however my favorite character is ida. i realize she isnt really in the book but i feel like shes a main character.
how long are you planning on having the book be?

Ben will have a flaw, and there will be something with it, BUT, I am writing Ben as sort of the perfect fella. I wanted to focus on Max's issues and transformation, without having to add in the distraction of a flawed new relationship.
The storyline of Callie and Allison will play in to a huge part of the book, and I thought that combined with her past with Eric, the drama with her family, and her morphing into something new in Biddleton that it would be nice to have one solid character in Ben.
Oh and that is funny you mentioned Martin, he will be back next week, lol! I didn't know if anyone even remembered him!!
I totally agree that Ida is a main character, that is very much an intention. She will play such a large role throughout the entire story through Max.
